Please not there is a five goal cap for the standings, so if your team scored more than five goals the total will be reduced to a five goal difference in the standings.

Missed or Cancelled Games – Age group U13-18 leagues.    U11 and U12 are not affected.

All games are to be played as scheduled, thus all teams are ensured of having had the opportunity to play an equal number of games for the title of League Winner.

The last three weeks of February will be used to help ensure all teams have played an equal number of games.  We will do our best to make this happen, however some things such as the weather are out of our control, and things are not always perfect.  Some teams will play exhibition games during this time if they are up a number of games.  Games that are missed due to full weekend closures (no games played at all, anywhere within your league) will not be rescheduled.

Teams are encouraged to arrange their makeup games as soon as possible.  If a team declines twice to play a makeup game then it will be considered a forfeit of 1-0.  In order to manage this in a fair way Jeannie Isbister, adminassistant@ndysa.ca  will need to be advised of the arrangements or attempts.  Please include her in all emails while attempting to reschedule make up games.

If the fields are listed as “Coaches Discretion” (Nanaimo Fields) then show up at the field prepared to play.  If unsure about the field conditions in Mid Isle and Oceanside, contact the home coach directly prior to the game.

A game is considered forfeited if the one of the teams does not show up or has less than 7 players in the game.
